Microsoftは、2023年1月31日をもってWindows 10のダウンロード版の販売を終了すると製品ページにて告知した。なお、サポートは2025年10月14日まで引き続き提供する。
Windows 10は2015年7月にリリース。ダウンロード版の販売については1月31日で終了されるが、セキュリティ更新プログラムの提供によるサポートは2025年10月14日まで引き続き行なわれる。後継となるWindows 11は、2021年10月にリリースされており、移行が促されている。
